Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


Please complete the following form to obtain authorization prior to shipping your instrument to PickData for repair or restore. Do not ship the equipment until you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from PickData. You may use this number to track your equipment during repair, restore or upgrade.

In-Warranty Service: you will receive an e-mail with an RMA number and shipping instructions within two business days. Equipment failure due to user negligence and unauthorized alterations or repairs (to instruments and options) automatically voids the remaining warranty. Units that are operated or installed in ways other than outlined by PickData literature or operating manuals also are not covered.

Out-of-Warranty Service: We may request you to send your unit in for an estimate before we can offer you a quote for the repair (Time & Material). If you choose not to move forward with the repair after receiving the quote, your RMA will be subject to a diagnostic fee of 65€.

It is your responsibility to delete all data before shipping the product to PickData. PickData is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data that may exist on the returned product.
