After receiving your request, we will generate send you a link with an online form. Once you complete the form, you will receive the instructions to ship the material.
Do not ship the equipment until you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Circutor's customer service. You may use this number to track your equipment during repair, restore or upgrade.
